Cadence Capital Partners Secures $17,300,000 Bridge Loan For Harrison Street
Cadence Capital Partners is pleased to announce the closing of a $17,300,000 non-recourse, bridge loan on a three property medical office portfolio with locations in Fairfax, VA, Leesburg, VA, and Sterling, VA. The loan proceeds were used to repay existing debt and fund 100% of the budgeted leasing commissions and tenant improvements.
Cadence Capital Partners fielded nine offers and chose a local bank who offered a competitive rate, full proceeds, and prepayment flexibility.
